Former mayor of Spartanburg 86 year old E. Lewis Miller died Saturday at Mary Black Memorial Hospital. UPDATE on missing boy - they are making one last pass of woods, dogs reportedly picked up his scent at some point tonight, but the rain and the amount of time dogs have searched have worn out the animals and they can’t keep working.
